HYDROFORMED FRAME
The D50 is built with a solid, super lightweight, stylish and unisex hydro-formed aluminum alloy frame in small and large frame sizes suitable for people from 5’ all the way to 6’6” rider. This frame allows for bike to be 28kg only. The frame is capable of payload up to 400lbs and offering an ergonomic shape, which makes it easy for the rider to get on and off. The frame is specially designed to minimize all the vibrations and noise from the drive-system, the right wheelbase for a high speed and a pleasurable ride on both paved and unpaved roads.
FORK
Adjustable, lockable fork with 80mm travel adds to high-speed stability and handling on trails and asphalt. It reduces the shocks to the frame and battery system and provides ultimate comfort.
TIRE OPTIONS
The 50 Series' adaptable frame accommodates various tire sizes. Choose standard hybrid tires for your daily commute and cargo needs, swap to fat tire for beach or snow adventures, or equip 29er wheels for thrilling off-road experience. The D50 conquers every terrain.
HEADLIGHT AND TAILLIGHT
The D50 is fitted with high efficiency and bright LED 100 LUX / 300 Lumens headlight powered by the main battery and controlled by a keypad on the handlebar.
Taillight and reflector provide more safety riding in the dark. It powers up once the headlight is switched on and acts as a brake light when brakes are applied.
REAR RACK
D50 comes with a cargo rear. This rack supports up to 85kg, making it perfect for transporting groceries, gear, or tools. designed to carry heavy loads and/or even a second passenger.
BATTERY PACK
The ENVO Battery powering the D50 is an integrated down tube battery, enclosed in a durable aluminum case for impact protection. It features a charge level indicator, security lock, and is fully removable for convenient charging. With pedal assist level 1, it can deliver a range of up to 150 km per charge.This A-grade branded Li-Ion battery is built with LG Li-Ion cells specifically selected for optimal performance even in freezing temperatures. It includes an advanced Battery Management System (BMS) with cell balancing, which ensures consistent performance and extends both cyclic and calendar life. The BMS also provides robust protection against overcharging, overloading, and other electrical faults.For added safety, the smart CC-CV portable Li-Ion charger communicates directly with the battery during charging. This two-way communication allows the charger and battery to “talk to each other”, enabling real-time safety checks and efficient power delivery for enhanced charging safety and battery longevity.
E ASSIST SYSTEM
The D50 is equipped with an advanced pedal assist sensor with optimized torque emulation software. The advanced torque emulating Pedal Assist Sensor (PAS) signals the controller to run the between 5 levels of pedal assist, providing a boost to your pedaling depending on the level of assistance you select while riding. The D50 is equipped with an on-demand thumb throttle that gives you an extra boost which activates the proportionally to the twist regardless of pedaling to give you a fully electric ride in case you cannot pedal or need an instant acceleration or uphill push.
GEARED HUB
ENVO D50 is equipped with a sealed, powerful geared hub delivering over 1000W peak power, with a maximum torque of 80Nm and a top speed of up to 45 km/h. This advanced is paired with a high-performance controller, both of which are engineered with thermal protection to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation under demanding conditions.ENVO’s proprietary system is 50% lighter than comparable powered geared hub in Canada, yet it provides 50% more torque and 25% greater battery efficiency. Designed for endurance, the ENVO and controller are built to deliver over 20,000 km of maintenance-free riding — making the D50 a robust choice for both performance and longevity.
TRANSMISSION
Well-engineered 9 speed 48T chain ring and 11-36 cassette transmission help you overcome up to 25% grade when climbing a hill on gear 1 or 45km/h speed on gear 8 with gentle pedaling.
